Can I order custom wrapping paper?
Yes. Upload PDF, PNG, JPG, or AI artwork, or choose design help. We’ll work through the roll size, quantity, quote, and proof with you.
What roll sizes do you offer?
All rolls are 750mm wide. We offer 0.5m (R294), 1m (R471), 5m (R1,697), and 10m (R3,221).
What artwork specs do you need?
Please send a high-resolution file at 300 DPI at actual size, with 3mm bleed. CMYK is preferred, and fonts should be outlined or embedded. Maximum upload size is 50MB.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Always. We send a digital proof for approval before production begins. Please check spelling, colours, layout, and names carefully.
How long does custom paper take?
We aim to review requests within two working days. Standard production is 3 to 5 business days from the business day after full payment clears and digital proof approval is received, then delivery timing is confirmed for your address.
How does custom payment work?
Custom quotes are valid for 48 hours. Full payment is required upfront after quote acceptance and before proofing, file setup, or production. We do not accept split payments or deposits.
Can I reorder a business design?
Absolutely. We keep approved artwork on file so repeat orders can be simple and consistent.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we courier across South Africa. Delivery cost and timing are confirmed in your final quote or checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Custom orders cannot be refunded once production has commenced after proof approval. If a validated print error is ours, we will work with you on a reprint or replacement. Please check your proof carefully before approving.
