When you place an order, request a quote, upload artwork, or contact us, we may collect your name, surname, email address, phone number, delivery address, order history, quotes, communication records, and custom order content such as artwork files, logos, image uploads, and personalised text.

We do not collect or store credit card or bank details on our servers. Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways, such as PayFast, Ozow, Yoco, or Shopify Payments.

How we use your data

We use your information to process full payments, generate quotes and proofs, fulfil custom print orders, arrange doorstep courier delivery, send tracking updates, communicate about support requests, and comply with tax, legal, and financial record-keeping obligations under South African law.

We only send direct marketing if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe through our emails or by contacting us.

Artwork and third-party sharing

Your custom artwork files are confidential. We will never sell, trade, or distribute your private print files, personal photos, or artwork to third parties for commercial use.

Personal data is shared only with trusted service providers needed to operate our business, including couriers, IT and web hosting providers, and secure payment processors. These partners are expected to handle your data confidentially and securely.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

We retain personal data and order artwork records only for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, maintain print consistency for repeat customer orders, or meet legal and tax requirements.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses standard functional and analytical cookies to manage shopping cart sessions, remember user preferences, and analyse website traffic. You can adjust your browser settings to decline non-essential cookies if preferred.

Your legal rights

Under POPIA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct, update, or delete your personal information, and object to direct marketing processing.
